Managing your schedule like a millionaire Realtor!

No matter what industry you are in time management is vital to having a successful outcome. In the fast moving real estate market scheduling is a major key to helping my clients buy and sell their properties.

1. In this world of instant gratification set the expectations with your clients that you need time to schedule so that everyone is happy.

2. Once your client sends you a property they want to see, look and see when all offers are being reviewed. In this multiple offer market that date is a must know. The listing agent will also note if the seller is reviewing offers as they come in.

3. Ask your client when they are available to see the property.

:

4. Follow the showing time app to see if that time is available and how much notice the seller needs to approve the showing.

:

5. Once you receive the confirmation from the listing agent send that message to your client.

:

6. Add the showing to your Google calendar with the address and a reminder 1hr before the scheduled showing time.

:

7. If showing multiple properties to one client select the order of the properties to see in the most logical order possible to cut down on driving time.

8. Before you leave your home, contact your client to verify that they are still able to make the showing. Life happens and people forget, we are all human.
